Setup notification in DPOD when Datapower appliance experiences high CPU plateues

DPOD has Device CPU alert notification when spike is seen. We are looking for notification alert to be triggered whenever CPU plateaus on Datapower appliances. For instance if CPU usage reach 95% constantly in short period of time and having plateau for longer than 2 seconds.

    Also we would like to be able to specify the schedule for the alert as a cron expression instead of the current fixed drop-down values
