Delete cascade on WSDL version in WS Proxy

We use WX Proxy and multiple WSDL versions. We keep them used even when a newer version is deployed. So we may have wsdl_version1 and wsdl_version2 used at the same time.

Currently because they are both used, if we use the "remove" button in front of the wsdl_version2 for example, it deletes common objects, which cause wsdl_version1 errors.

So we want to be able to delete a version without impacting other versions in a WS Proxy. Supports informs that the current and only solution is to delete all the WS Proxy and regenerate it.. which is unacceptable from business because other version are used in the meantime !
