Add DB2 client ODBC driver for DB2 on Linux, AIX and Windows (already have zOS)

Currently there is a specific driver for DB2 on zOS installed in DataPower. This allows for several functions, including failover and automatic client reroute.
Unfortunately, for users that have DB2 on Linux, AIX or Windows do not have this functionality. They must use a generic ODBC driver from Oracle.
It would be good for customers using DB2 on Linux or AIX to be able to have failover, as this is a pretty important part of having a stable/high availability database.
