Create Swagger documentation for Datapower REST API

Please create swagger documentation for the Datapower REST API. It is very frustrating and time consuming to have to experiment with commands trying to get them to work when very few of them are documented in the official documentation:

More and more developers want to use REST for automation over XML and this should be implemented to keep Datapower current. Two examples of companies that have robust swagger documentation for their products APIs are Cyberark and Ping Identity.
