This is an IBM Automation portal for Integration products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).

Our team uses log target on daily basis for monitoring out services. So far our log target type of choice was syslog. Now we are migrating our logging and monitoring systems, which would involve sending system logs to Kafka Cluster.
With the current DataPower options for log targets we are not able to send system logs to Kafka Cluster, such as network and TLS logs, before the start of the processing policy.
The only way we are able to send logs to Kafka is once the processing of request or response data starts, using processing actions (log target, XSLT, GW script).
