Need to upgrade JSON schema support to actual version 2020-12 or at least draft-07. Merged

My team uses DataPower to work with JSON format, accordingly, we need to validate the incoming JSON data by JSON scheme. As I know DataPower supports scheme version draft-04, but this version is too old. For our work we need functionality like "if-then-else" conditional, new formats like "idn-email", "idn-hostname" from newer version draft-07.
