add CHMOD and CHOWN to SFTP protocol

add CHMOD and CHOWN when users are using SFTP protocol. Currently these commands are not part of SFTP IBM specifications some users in our organization need to user CHMOD and CHOWN when we a server using SFTP front side handler protocol.

    Thank you for taking the time to submit this idea for enhancement. The role of DataPower Gateway is to secure SFTP traffic, such as determining whether or not requests to create files on remote servers are allowed. The following document explains the list of commands supported:

    We are not intended to support the scenario of changing permissions/owner of files on the remote server. As a result we are declining this Idea. While declined, the Idea can still be commented upon.
