Enhance RESET DOMAIN command to keep password-map

The reset domain command clears configuration objects from a domain, but leaves the cert: directory intact.

In previous versions of firmware, the key objects could be re-established easily because the password-map was held in the default domain and was not erased by the reset domain command.

In current versions of firmware, the password-map is erased by the reset domain command, which means that key objects (and anything else which refers to password-aliases cannot be easily recreated. The password-map must be recreated first.

Please enhance the reset domain command to either:
1. not delete the password-map
2. have an option to prevent deletion of the password-map (e.g. reset domain keep-passwords)
