DataPower Virtual DataPower needs to be supported on RHEL 9.4+

RHEL 8.8 and RHEL 9.2 support ends May 31, 2025, so we need to be able to run virtual datapower on RHEL 9.3 or higher.

Thank you for your enhancement request. DataPower 10.6.1 CD(Continuous Delivery) release (shipped on 25th Sep) adds support for RHEL 9.3+ as per detailed system requirements report (SPCR). We do plan introducing this support in future LTS release, but do not anticipate backporting this to existing LTS releases.
