Datapower virtual appliance with no manual intervention.

You ship DataPower in an OVA, which format supports basic configuration in the deploy stage. 

But we need to log into the VM console and type network configuration by hand;  this introduces a slow and error-prone step into what can otherwise be a clean and automatic process.

In any environment using infrastructure-as-code principles, it's a major speedbump in deployment.    Most espeically the ludicrous step of hitting the web interface in order to click a button signifying license acknowledgement. 

We should be able to deploy an OVA into such a state that we can pick up API configuration without separate login interaction.  The model that makes sense for a physical appliance is an extremely odd fit for a virtual appliance.
