Ability to kill a stale process without rebooting the gateway

There are situations where a gateway peering process is stuck and not able to restart. In order to solve it, a reboot is needed. Ability to kill such a process would be very valuable to avoid DataPower Gateway restart, that might host other, unrelated services. The risk of such situation is even higher, when DataPower Gateway is hosting multiple domains with different API Connect Native Gateways (for native gateway there's more peerings needed than for v5c for each gateway service).
