JWT validation with Validation Credential Object instead of single Certificate Object

The JWT Validation (signature validation) process should be possible with a Validation Credential Object instead of with a single Certificate Object.
In case of change of the private key in OAuth provider I would be able to put the new certificate (public key) in the validation credential object BEFORE the private key is changed. The signature validation after the change then is OK if one certificate matches. Otherwise it fails. After that I could delete the old certificate from validation credential and everything would be fine (for a long time).

In the actual case with only a single certificate object I have to change both (key+cert) at the same moment, which is practically impossible and therefore I wil have an outage.

NOTE: I speak only about the certificate object configuration possibility. I don't speak about JWKs remote retrieval !!
