To manually clean the JSON Key Memory of XMLName object in DataPower Merged

It is useful to have a manual clean up CLI command option or UI interface to clean the JSON Key Memory of XMLName object in DataPower. In Production customer can't restart DataPower. If the memory is not cleaned up and it reaches to 100% then DataPower reloads automatically which eventually contributes to business loss for APIs since the DataPower box is not available to serve the APIs. This is needed to avoid DataPower restart to clean up this memory.

All DataPower and API Connect customers will get benefit.

A CLI option using DataPower admin command should be provided to clean up the JSON Key Memory. or in DataPower admin UI, under XMLName object, there should be a clear memory option should be present.
