Collective settings of payload size limitation in Datapower Gateway

We request the following 2 functions
1) Payload size limit can be set uniformly in DPGW, not for each API definition.
2) Restrictions/limitations of payload size can be placed on not only the response but also the payload size of the request

Because we are building APIConnect on-premises, we think that payload size limit should be set ""uniformly"" rather than payload size limitation by defining information of each API of each application .
We understand it will be possible to limit the payload size of the response by setting the ""x-ibm-gateway-api-enforce-response-limits: true"" to the API property defined for each API in, however it is not sufficient.
When a large amount of payload is transmitted at one time, the the back end application that exposes the Web API are overused, and there is a possibility that it may affect other Web APIs' latency on premise enviroment.
In the worst case, the application server may go down, which may have a fatal influence on the end user businesses.
