Support for Firmware 11.0.0 on IDG X2 or 11.0.0 in IDG X4 Hardware Appliances / tenants

Currently there is no suppoted way to operate a mix of IBM DataPower Appliances IDG X2, X3 and X4 running the same Firmware level.

X3 will support both, 11.0.0 and 10.6.0, but X2 is not supported to run 11.0.0 and X4 is not supported to un 10.6.0

This is the case for the landlords as well as tenants on X2/X3/X4.

This prevents us as customers from adding additional appliances (X4) to existing clusters of X2 & X3 appliances.

For API Gateways running on Hardware Appliances the situation is even more critical, as all appliances providing the same API Gateway Service (preeing group, ...) have to run the same fix pack.

IBM should support at least one of those LTS streams (temporarly) on all hardware platforms, until IDG X2 has reached its end of support.
