Support custom/ldap authorisation for OIDC RBM

RBM with ODIC only supports AZ with a AAA Mapping file. Having to manage a file on the device containing username to role mappings is cumbersome and not feasible for clients with large server fleets.

Ideally, we should be able to run a custom authorisation step (xsl) to take the subject (or any claim from the id token) and query LDAP/some other remote server. This would follow the same pattern as other RBM methods.
