Add support for mounting a K8s secret into the Datapower container to be used within Invoke policy or Gateway Script via DP PasswordMap

Today it is not possible to link an K8s secret to a containerized Datapower to e.g. use this secret in an API Connect Invoke policy or use the values of the secret within Gateway Script to e.g. authenticate to a backend e.g. via Basic Auth or using url.open

The secrets to be used on the API today needs to be e.g. defined in the API or catalog properties etc.

In the Datapower Operator the Password Map can also be linked to a K8s secret: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/datapower-operator/1.11.x?topic=s-domains-1#passwordMap

but it cannot be used in a Datapower API Gateway policy, e.g APIC Invoke Policy nor can it be used within Gateway Script.
