Extended Debug Information for Inbound HTTPS Connections

When troubleshooting inbound HTTPS connections, the debug output currently does not expose sufficient certificate metadata (e.g. subject, issuer, validity period, chain verification result). Only the server information is displayed.
We would like to request extended certificate information in the debug/log output for inbound TLS handshakes to improve our ability to diagnose issues. Right now we have to record tcp traffic and analyze.

It would be much easier to analyze connection problems, when we could see the meta data during debugging.
