Batch command for multi-object changes in one transaction via REST management interface

Currently, the REST management interface only supports single object modification in a RESTful manner. In most cases this is sufficient, but there are special edge cases where an atomic change to multiple objects is needed. One of these cases is the update of a key pair where you have to change the CryptoKey and the CryptoCertificate object. With the current API you can only change one object after the other which leads to the situation, that the related CryptoIdentificationCredentials object goes down due to a temporary key mismatch. This leads to a chain reaction which causes service unavailability.

It would be very helpful to have an API that supports key pair changes with zero downtime.
