EEM option test capability

Currently in eem to test an option you have to:
1. publish it to your catalog (to avoid people getting data you dont want them to see yet probably with approval control enabled).
2.create a subscription (with approval flow this has extra steps...)
3. configure your client with that scubsciption
4. run the client

If you then want to change anything you have to:
1. turn off your client
2. delete the subscritpion

3.unpublish the option
4. make changes
5. republish the option

6. create a new subscription

7. reconfigure the client

8. run the client

This is very onerous!

Desired: Option test feature

possible solutions:

1. private publish option state for testing and editing
2. embedded kafka client in eem that is autoconfigured to point at the new option and run against it whenever a test button is hit. This could be included as part of the options page of an event source where you could point that at the currently selected option?
3. provide a supersubscription for an author to their own unpublished topics that allows then to connect to them no matter what their state is.
