Flink ML Algorithms for Anomaly Detection & Noise Reduction

IBM's Signature client, American Express, are currently reviewing the use of “Exponentially Weighted Moving Average” and “Probabilistic Exponentially Weighted Moving Average” algorithms within Flink to detect anomalies and reduce anomaly noise. The client has requested that IBM's Event Automation team include these algorithms in our Flink operator pallet, or plan to include them in a future release.
