Support for non-olm based deployments - (CPFS + GDSC)

Description:

Currently deployment of Guardium Data Security Centre is through the use of CASE bundles (tarballs/zipped directories). GDSC clients would prefer to get access to the raw YAMLs in order to use ArgoCD and other GitOps-style deployments for installation. In order for GDSC to move to a GitOps based customer deployment, the customer needs to be able to install CPFS without the use of OLM/ODLM.

 

Requirement:

Events Operator to provide non-olm support for <ibm-events-operator-v5.0.1-6bffc4867b-w5tfl>. GDSC needs all the required manifests for deployments, RBACs & CPFS CR, so all pods can work and run without OLM
