Add support for CP4Is Keycloak and roles for Event Processing GUI

Hei, we are currently running CP4I 16.1.0 on Openshift 4.18 on Azure cloud. We are evaluating Event Processing and have setup Keycloak Integration manually as the product lacks this support currently (see yamls in additional details) as we use Microsoft EntraID for logging into all services. You might also want to consider 2 roles - read only & admin for handling different user types (developer/admin, etc).

Ideally this integration should be automatic when the authType is set as IntegrationKeycloak as is the case for ACE, MQ, APIC capabilities. Keycloak is the default IDP when you deploy CP4I. EntraID is integrated within Keycloak.

We are considering to buy the Event Processing CP4I add-on so we hope this will be implemented soon.
