EventStreams UI Login with Active Directory Users (Keycloack as IDP and identity broker) in non-openshift cluster

Currently Eventstreams UI with keycloak support is available only with CP4I/Openshift infra. This needs to be made available for non-openshift clusters (like AKS). Customers preferring to host event streams in non-openshift clusters, they are forced to use local users instead of AD based login.

Support for Keycloak is provided through CP4i (not Event Streams), and it is currently supported only on OpenShift. It is part of the CP4i 2H-2026 roadmap to add support for AKS, but not yet a committed item, which means plans could change in the future.
