Mainframe USS SINK Connector to deliver messages once only

The SINK connector duplicates messages being sent from Kafka to MQ on the mainframe via the USS SINK Connector when there is an error received from the MQ queues. 

Refer to initial log TS012714044  for detailed description of what is observed.  The basis is that if the SINK connector gets an error such as MQ queue full error, then messages that were in teh batch being sent at the time are retried after a time interval but some of the messages will be duplicated into MQ.

 

We desire to have the Sink connector deliver only 1 message and not duplicate messages when an error is encountered.
