Improvements needed of Cross-Region Built-In UI Messaging in the IBM Integration SaaS MFT capability

Our client currently uses a specialized messaging system to construct notifications sent to users from Kiteworks(tm). This is highly used by our client, (Omnicom) senior executives.

The kiteworks system is able to construct email messages using metadata about files being received or sent associated to the file. When an email notification is sent a business users can construct the email contents, the message or this can be based on a template. The message will then contain a link of where to access (read online or download) a file from. The link has a configurable expiration as sensitive data may be contained in the content of the file itself. The file must stay in storage of the MFT SaaS service in a particular region. If the file is not accessed in a configurable period of time the link should no longer be valid and the file stored on the SaaS storage needs to be deleted.
