Improvement for CIT scanner and wscansw of LMT

LMT scans for software signatures etc via the CIT Scanner and wscansw process.
When the software scan is running, it is somehow traversing all the directories and
scanning for all files. If the scanner would collect the number of files and their sizes in each
directory plus keeping a flag, if any software signature was found within that directory,
the scanner could easily return a list of the biggest directories or with the most files, which
do not contain any software signatures.

It would be a great help to find good exclusion directories, if this information is automatically
generated during a scan. It costs almost no additional CPU cycles and only a few strings
in return (e.g. the top 10 not yet exluded directories without any signatures found).
