Include Hypervisor host in ILMT UUID filtering configuration

When processing multiple Hypervisor instances such as VMware there is the possibility of duplicate UUIDs between VMware instances although the UUID is unique within a single VMware instance. Including the Hypervisor instance in the filtering process would enable unique identifying a unique UUID across multiple instances of the hypervisor.

See the forum entry here for further details https://community.ibm.com/community/user/automation/discussion/ilmt-9233-vm-manager-status-ok-duplicated-uuids-discarded?ReturnUrl=%2fcommunity%2fuser%2fautomation%2fcommunities%2fcommunity-home%2fdigestviewer%3fcommunitykey%3d8f8fab66-3953-41f7-88f1-018476da2275

Customer can either manually change UUID of HIS VMs to some otyher/unique values OR configure a permission for the user used by VM Manager Tool forr connection to VMWare vCenter to have read access ONLY to only to virtual machines in his organization (VMWare allows for such granular permission configuration).
