Save / Load parameter for install disconnected scanner fixlet

Today if implementing disconnected sanner via the Bigfix fixlet all parmeters have to be set manually for a group of systems to build a customized setup_config.ini file. It would be nice to save this “setup_config.in“ file so that it can be imported / load again.

Doing this enables ILMT to documentation the parameter files as well as allow setting up addtional systems later on with the same parameters, e.g. for „computer groups“ etc.

    It is run once only action for all the computers where the fixlet is relevant - rejected considering is good to have but low priority.
