Audit Snapshot UI download options and API handling for large accounts which take a long time to generate (30+min)

It would be useful to have option in the UI for larger accounts where the Audit Snapshots take a long time to generate to give options to users to email a download link or some other notification/feature after the report package is generated. This would benefit users so they are not wondering if their report is still in progress and that nothing is occurring and prevent them from requesting the report again impacting the server/application performance.

It would also be useful for the API users. When using curl, the reports and files generate and download. However, when using an API client like Postman or Insomnia or using Python requests module, I can see that the report package was generated if I monitor the tema.log file, but the application does not seem to get the response should the reports take a long time to generate. The requests work fine otherwise.
