CPU Threshold Optimization with Cache performance

Usefulness - Restricting a hard CPU usage cut-off value for wscansw service ensures that the controls set in place are followed and does not end up exceeding CPU usage. This will help in appropriate functioning of other applications along with ILMT and organizations can be relieved that there is no spike in CPU usage causing shutdown of servers.


Benefit - It ensures CPU utilization does not spike for critical servers when software scans are executed and prevents crashing the server.


How it should work - Setting of CPU threshold value and cache optimization must ensure that the resource utilization does not exceed the set value. It should act as a hard stop.
