IBM Storage Protect detection enhancement

At the moment ILMT relies exclusively on the swidtags to perform the qualification of IBM Storage Protect Extended Edition PVU. 

Additionnaly for Storage Protect for Virtual Environment (SP VE) a specific swidtag must be deployed on all backed-up VM to ensure reporting and sub-capacity eligibility: Using IBM License Metric Tool to determine the license consumption associated with IBM Spectrum Protect for Virtual Environments

This approach is not very efficient as there are a lot of risks to miss new servers but also to retain qualification for servers not backed-up anymore or even decommissionned. 

A more efficient approach could be to leverage the QUERY FILESPACE command (QUERY FILESPACE (interroger un ou plusieurs espaces fichiers) - Documentation IBM) through Storage Protect API (dsmBeginQuery - IBM Documentation).

With this approach all actively backed-up SPEE nodes could be identified especially the SP VE nodes that can be identified with the FILESPACE_TYPE = API:TSMVM
