ILMT scanner in rpm format to be deployed with Red Hat Satellite

Big company, and government company as my customer is, have in place a sw distribution system with Red Hat SATELLITE when having to manage a large number of RHEL systems, in this case about 10.000 now, but more in the future,  and they want to use this system to make available or upgraded the scanner package for every subscribed and existing RHEL envs easily and using a Red Hat sw component. And this is suitable also for newly deployed RHEL envs.
