Notifications for ineligible virtualization technologies

The "To Do List" should display an action required to upgrade the hypervisor version when hypervisors not eligible for sub-capacity licensing are identified. The action should hyperlink to a page listing affected hypervisors as well as a hyperlink here: https://public.dhe.ibm.com/software/passportadvantage/SubCapacity/Eligible_Virtualization_Technology.pdf

A high level explanation should be included that sub-capacity eligibility is typically dropped within 180 days of vendors ending support for a hypervisor version. This way customers could keep the rule in mind without having to check ILMT all the time for notifications.

ILMT currently cannot detect the version of vSphere, yet using an out of date version (e.g. v6.0) now disqualifies every VM in that environment from sub-capacity eligibility even if the operating systems of those VMs are up to date. This information could be pulled using the VM Manager connection. As this information is lacking, ILMT calculates all VMs in these environments at sub-capacity even though they are not eligible and customers are then surprised during compliance reviews when they are reported on full-capacity, which results in unpleasant discussions with IBM.
