Admin REST API

To automate ILMT via Scripts it will be useful to have an administration REST API to

create / recreate the ILMT database

create / remove ILMT users

create / remove / update ILMT datasources

start an ILMT import

login to ILMT

Sounds interesting for me too, except for the first item. I don't understand, why it is neccessary to have an API to call LMT to kill and recreate its database. Well, this might be interesting for local test environments (better do a stop server, restore of empty db and start server again), but could be a killer feature for a customer db.

Also to login to LMT sounds a bit strange. Or do you want to have an API to send credentials to to get the API token in return?
