Allow suppess/exclude without removing assignments

ILMT wipe out the Cloud Pak assignment, if suppess/unsuppess e.g. findings which assigned to products which assigned to a Cloud Pak.

In customer situations it might be neccessary to suppess/exclude some finding temporary to figure out which effect deinstallations or server retirements have on licences amount and license cappings.

When resetting to the original classification using unsuppess/unexclude the assignment should be there again. This will make the handling much smoother and reduce the amout of software classification errors as well of the work dur to doning re-assignments.

Because for the fact that there are advantages/disadvantages for wiping out the assignment this should be configurable. It should be looked to all from supress/excluded wiped out fields.
