Hi, OpenStack is a higher level VM management layer on top of set of regular VM hypervisors (like KVM, VMware, Xen, etc.) working in the background. Bacause of this if the scenario here is to use OpenStack for managing VMs running in subcapacity eligible hypervisor, then connecting ILMT VM Manager connection directly to such underlying hypervisor is fully supported, possible and should be used. If OPsnStack is to be used on top of hypervisor which is currently not subcapacity eligible, please provide details what exactly it is.

Said that we put this idea to the backlog of requirements for ILMT.
