transport of IBM support data from disconnected scanner

In case of problems (errors) on ILMT disconnected scanners you have to go to the system to collect support (log) data of the disconnected scanner.

This might be a problem if the ILMT Lite administrator has no direct access to these systems.

Why not using the collect_support_data.sh or collect_support_data.bat script of ILMT 9.2.31 to thransport the information in case of an error (within the log file) together with the HW scan data (e.g via curl) "automatically".

    Disconnected Scanner component indeed requires dedicated and well designed serviceability capabilities.

    We intend to review this proposition and propose a solution being able to address the described scenario as well as other similar use cases.
