Rest API, extend the computer_hardware association to get the physical information of the machines

Extend the actual computer_hardware : for all machines, extract the number of CPUs, cores and threads.

https://hostname:port/api/sam/v2/computers

Currently available columns in this association do not allow to recover this data. Depending on whether the machine is physical or virtual and depending on the virtual technology, no rule match the real information.

For information, currently available columns are :
partition_cores
node_total_processors
server_cores
server_logical_cores

Future columns, for exemple :
processors_count (number of installed CPU)
cores_per_processor (number of cores per CPU) or cores_count (total number of processor)
threads_per_core (number of threads per core) or threads_count (total number of threads)

In ILMT 9.2.24 we have added new API association for retrieving HW parameters: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/license-metric-tool?topic=associations-server-association

This allows to get most of the hardware parameters ILMT collects. Hopefully this addresses the need expressed in this request.
