After some analysis, the conclusion is that OKTA SSO can be configured in ILMT in the same wwas as itr can be done in HCL BigFix Compliance tool as described in this article: https://support.hcltechsw.com/csm?id=kb_article&sysparm_article=KB0099139
In case of problems, please reach out to us again.
Yes, we will meet. However, the option to connect to OKTA has already been tested by IBM Support. Refer to TS012830976
Hi, thank you for reaching out on this. ILMT supports SAML protocol for SSO authentication, which seems to be also used by OKTA. So, although ILMT does not list supported IM providers, it should be possible to configure SSO with OCTA. Since ILMT uses Websphere Liberty Profile application server, the following link might be applicable here: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/tap/4.4?topic=sso-configuring-saml-tririga-websphere-liberty-okta
Please let us know if you would be willing to try the above with ILMT or meet on webex with our dev team to verify if SSO with OKTA as IM provider can be configured with ILMT.
