Provide BigFix fixlets to install ILMT Disconnected Scanners onto BigFix Client Systems for ILMT Lite Migration or mixed BigFix / ILMT Lite environments

Today a lot of my customers migrate from a BigFix ILMT environment to ILMT Lite. Therefor it would be helpful to have IBM ILMT Fixlets, e.g. “Install Disconnected Scanner”, “Uninstall Disconnected Scanner” which allows to install a Disconnected Scanner onto the BigFix Client. BigFix Clients can be uninstall via Bigfix later on. With these Fixlets it is also possible to support mixed BF / ILMT Lite environments

    The fixlet should include a check if cURL is installed as well
