MQ Operator support for Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

While the IBM MQ Operator is currently only available for Red Hat OpenShift, and in preview for Amazon EKS, Operator support for Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is not yet available.

Our organization is moving its workloads to Microsoft Azure, and we would strongly prefer using the IBM MQ Operator on AKS rather than relying solely on the Helm charts currently provided. Operator support would simplify lifecycle management, improve reliability, and make it much easier for us to standardize IBM MQ deployments on Azure.

With full IBM MQ Operator support for AKS, our company – and many others adopting Azure as a strategic cloud platform – would be in a much better position to modernize legacy on‑premises MQ landscapes and increase investment in IBM MQ container‑based solutions on Azure.

    I see this requirement currently at a couple of customers. 
    Having a solution based on the standard CNCF Kubernetes framework would be good.
