Enhance IBM MQ for z/OS to Display RSU Level Information

Currently, MQ administrators must use SMP/E reports, CSI queries, or manual maintenance verification processes to determine the installed RSU (Recommended Service Upgrade) level. This requires additional effort and SMP/E expertise, especially during audits, compliance reviews, health checks, and upgrade planning activities.

Proposed Enhancement:
Provide a native MQ command or display attribute or write RSU level information in MQ started task logs that reports the currently installed RSU level for the MQ product.

Example:

Cmd:
-DISPLAY PRODUCT INFO

or
-DISPLAY RSULEVEL

Output:
PRODUCT: IBM MQ for z/OS
VERSION : 9.4.0
RSULEVEL: RSU2606

It would be really great if the RSU detail was in the MASTER log.
