Enhance AMS messages to make problem determination easier

I have got

CSQ0215E %MQPA CSQ0CPUT Message protection failed, return code 00000008, reason 03353024                    
CSQ0217E %MQPA CSQ0CPUT Failed to process object 'public key certificate'    

To debug this, you have to stop the queue manager, enable GSK trace, reproduce the problem, stop the queue manger, disable the trace, restart the queue manager.

It would be much easier if there was an additional message

CSQ0.....            The CA for the certificate with  -r "CN=COLIN,O=AMS,C=TEST"  is not in the queue manager's keyring
