MQ Salesforce bridge to be able to listen to SF Change Data Capture

Salesforce is now offering the 'Change Data Capture' feature to be
track changes on Salesforce records. This is working with the
same protocol (Comet/Bayeux) as Platform Events.

MQ Bridge could theoretically be able to subscribe to those events but
those are published to channels starting with '/data'.
runmqsfb is now always adding '/event' or '/topic' to the Saleforce
event name. It looks then currently impossible to subscribe to /data channel.

    This would appear to be a reasonable potential extension to the MQ SF bridge. We will consider it for a future update.
