Include DR attributes in queue manager status response from MQ Appliance

The REST interface URI /mgmt/status/default/QueueManagersStatus returns HA information about each queue manager. This is in line with the qm-status command issued from the appliance CLI (not mqcli).

I would like DR status information to be included in the output of both the qm-status command and the REST interface QueueManagersStatus command.

    The "show qm-status" command and the /mgmt/status/default/QueueManagersStatus REST URI were updated to report the DR role and DR status in the 9.0.5 firmware update, which was released in 2018.

    This would be a logical update to make the HA and DR information provided consistent
