The MQ Console is currently available only in Continuous Delivery releases. Once the next Long Term Support release is available we will widen the platform support for the MQ Console but we can't confirm what the supported platforms will be at this time. Support for AIX as a Continuous Delivery release platform was added in MQ 9.0.4 and includes support for the MQ Console.
