MQ Web UI enhacements

The MQ Web Use Interface seems to be the future (or the present) hope of IBM to manage QMs in a central platform.
As an MQ Administrator I find this tool enough good.
But in our world, operation team have to administrate a day-to-day of basic MQ actions.
We would like the Web UI, was enough flexible in order to limit to some users to see and manage what they need.

There is a new version of the MQ Console now available from MQ V9.1.5. While it may not implement all these specific requirements, we encourage feedback on the new design. Note that the new console is already more "locked down" so users cannot add their own widgets. Other features will be considered as this design evolves.
