MQ specific error message needed if a second Create Thread is attempted by an IMS Application linked with the wrong Stub

Customer is running at IBM MQ for z/OS V9.0.0 LTSR and IMS.
.
An IMS Transaction Application is linked by mistake with the CSQBSTUB Batch Adapter Stub, is executed in a IMS MPP Region and creates the first connection with MQ.
.
Since "the Batch adapter (eg CSQBSTUB) provides a single connection thread from an application task control block (TCB) to WebSphere MQ for z/OS", the next Create Thread attempt by a next Transaction Program running in the same MPP Region will get RC0C from the CSQQCTHD Create Thread Exit, leading to ABENDU4035 REASON 0290000C .
This occurs whether the next Transaction uses again the wrong Batch Programs CSQBSTUB or the right IMS Programs CSQQSTUB (allowing multiple connections).

This is a well known old story, already analyzed and discussed in the past: see i.e. archived Pmr 05013,113,848 .

Specifically through the above mentioned closed pmr, we requested to open a MQ Design Change Requirement (opened under FITS MR1209085927) to implement a self-explanatory message when the second Connect is attempted.
It appears that Requirement was never neither implemented nor migrated to a RFE.

Involved MQ Support through CSP Skill Case TS002981680 related to original Case TS002969538 , i have been suggested to submit a new RFE (this one).
