Provide an option to decouple IBM MQ on Unix/Linux from the mqm user and mqm group and setuid/setgid binaries

IBM MQ v9.2 provides a unzippable version of MQ that no longer requires the mqm user and mqm group or setuid/setgid binaries. This unzippable install is only supported on containers and is also only being maintained in the CD release. Please provide us the option to use the unzippable install on standalone servers and also provide updates via the LTS release cycle.

We recognise that this is a valid requirement. However it doesn't fit with our delivery plans for the next couple of years.

As a result we are declining this Idea. While declined the Idea can still be voted, and commented, upon.

mqm account vs service account

Merged
mqm local user is created when MQ is installed and "mqm" group is mandate. As security being consideration, no more local accounts are allowed in dell. mqm user and mqm group cannot exist in AD, so trying other alternative with service account.
